Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust Playwright-based test automation frameworks for web applications. 2. Define and implement end-to-end automation strategies covering functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure fast, reliable feedback loops. 4. Review test design, test data strategy, and automation code to ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. 5. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level QA/automation engineers in Playwright, automation concepts, and coding standards. 6. Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive timely resolution in partnership with development teams. 7. Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to communicate test coverage and product quality to stakeholders. 8. Drive shift-left testing by influencing requirements, design discussions, and acceptance criteria for better testability. 9. Evaluate and introduce tools, libraries, and practices that improve automation efficiency and reliability. 10. Ensure adherence to coding, security, and performance guidelines within the automation suite.
