What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.Sales Operations involves managing and supporting the processes that drive a company s sales efforts. This includes sales planning, data analysis, performance tracking, and process optimization. The goal is to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Effective sales operations help streamline workflows and support the sales team in achieving their targets. It is essential for driving revenue growth and business success.Measures and evaluates sales data to determine the effectiveness of a product, sales process, or campaign. It helps internal performance data, along with external market and competitor research, to craft sales strategy and achieve sales goals.
What are we looking for? Good communication and coordination skills• Knowledge of SAP systems and operational processes• Strong time management and organizational skills• Proactive approach and problem-solving abilities• Attention to detail and accuracy in execution• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions effectively• Responsible for handling and responding to requests received through the generic mailbox• Update and maintain daily trackers with accurate case details and status updates• Coordinate with different teams and client contacts to collect required inputs and share updates on requests• Work on SAP systems for processing activities and maintaining records• Ensure completion of activities within agreed timelines and quality standards• Handle stakeholder queries and provide timely resolutions• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders• Demonstrate proactive behavior and strong attention to detail in day-to-day operations• Manage workload efficiently while ensuring adherence to process guidelines and timelines• Support operational activities and contribute to smooth workflow management within the team
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
