As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your typical day will involve overseeing the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring that client satisfaction is prioritized while effectively managing risks associated with services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices remain online and available, facilitating seamless operations and addressing any issues that may arise throughout the day. Your role will require collaboration with various teams to enhance service delivery and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Risk Management, Security Architecture Design, Security Strategy & Planning.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
- Experience with incident response and management processes.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
