KDN India Communications Manager
Role summary

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) India as a key member of our Communications team.
About the role
You will work with the KDN India Communications Lead to strategize, plan, manage and execute all key leadership communications and initiatives for KDN India. Work will be varied, and no one day will be the same.
You will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, someone who can roll up their sleeves to get the work done. You will be a real team player who can build relationships both in the team and across the business, developing clear concise communications are key as is attention to detail.
How you will make your mark
- Manage the internal communications for the newly established Indian entity within KDN and develop strategic communications for stakeholders and employees
- Work in strong collaboration with the leadership team to understand communication requirements and develop the communications plan to support, using a variety of communication tactics and channels
- Be a strong writer who creates grammatically correct, creative, compelling and plagiarism-free content for the leaders and the various functions, ensuring key timelines are met
- Collaboratively work with other KDN teams to develop and communicate employer branding and engagement campaigns and
- Working together with the KDN lead to liaise with cross functional teams to provide communications advice and support including HR, operations, IDE etc
- Liaise with and mentor internal creative teams to build out creative content
This job is for you if you have
- Proven high-quality experience of 10-12 years in running internal communications within a large, matrixed global organization
- Degree in Communications, Journalism or English Honors with a strong writing portfolio
- Experience in working with senior leadership, articulating a strong point of view and convincing stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, creative, compelling copy and original content
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent experience in driving internal communication campaigns, particularly those focused on Culture and People initiatives
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to overall business objectives
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Experience in the Professional Services or Consulting Services space is an added advantage
- Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker, ability to develop high quality communication assets while largely leveraging internal creative teams
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Good understanding of digital communication
- Experience in supporting the promotion of corporate events, town halls and internal business updates
