KDNI PMO Ops and Reporting Support
•Coordinate and collaborate with offshore leads to generate the request for the creation of new Cost centers and Charge codes•Coordinate with the MFs local finance teams and KDNI to follow up on the status of charge codes•Responsible for the creation of Purchase requisitions and Purchase orders in Coupa for all kind of Velocity Operation and Investment business and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely action and approval•Handle various operational and reporting activities including reports and trackers, timelines, and monthly status report.•Responsible for tracking all the pending invoices and coordinate with the MFs for the timely issuance of all the overdue invoices•Prepare the month-end accrual template and submit them to the Global Finance team for posting.•Responsible for tracking all the travel related cost for the resources who are funded from the Velocity budget. Prepare a dashboard to present to the leadership team•Responsible for raising all the outbound invoices from KPMG Global to MFs to ensure the timely recharge of Powered License costs•Responsible for tracking all the Joiners and leavers and ensure to update the Org chart for all the LIVE changes.Stakeholder Management & Offshore Team Engagement
•Build trusted relationships with leadership, programme leads, and member firms; act as the single finance operations point of contact•Coordinate priorities, clarify requirements, and translate leadership direction into actionable instructions for the offshore (KDN) teams•Facilitate smooth information flow across Global and member firms to enable timely financial execution and reporting•Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.•4+ years of experience in Finance Reporting, Project Management, or large-scale operational delivery•Good understanding of budget management, financial controls, and multi-entity environments•Experience managing or coordinating offshore delivery teams•Strong Excel, Power point presentations and data handling capability•Experience with ERP/finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)•Ability to build or manage dashboards for senior stakeholder consumption•Strong process discipline and attention to detail•Knowledge of creating the dashboards using Power BI
