What success looks like in this role:

• Provides technical, process and operational expertise for the Business Support group. • Works with IT engineers to understand planned implementation of new releases, gauge user impact and assisting with testing prior to release. • Runs incident reports to analyze types of user issues and to discover root cause of common reports. • Proactively examines potential issues prior to the logging of tickets and delivers on outcomes. • Reviews operational tickets to evaluate the types of tickets submitted, resolved and rejected, looking for trends and opportunities to improve the team’s overall efficiency. • Reviews ticket trends and proactively tries to foresee future needs / issues. • Provides end-to-end support on the resolution of complex issues from problem identification, evaluation, solution generation, testing and deployment through to evaluation and issue mitigation. • Addresses complex and challenging issues associated with hardware, software and application installation, configuration, operation and maintenance. • Supports overall system design from a Business Support and end-user ease-of-use standpoint. • May coordinate the activities of multiple team members. • Ensures system hardware, software, applications and other components are maintained, upgraded and assessed on a routine and consistent basis.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required May require technical certification or Associate Degree Generally, 4-6 years’ experience in area of responsibility
