Job Title: - Executive / Lead Analyst Application Delivery

Location: - Bengaluru

 

Job Summary:

Kennametal is looking for Lead Analyst Application Delivery for SAP IBP module, who will help drive the success of key Kennametal supply chain management initiatives. This individual will be part of the IT Application Delivery team that supports business around manufacturing & supply chain.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

•Work on global transformational projects & IBP change requests primarily in area of SAP IBP “Demand planning”, “Response & Supply Planning.” 
•Ensure integrated design, build, deployment, and operations of responsible Supply chain planning applications. Ensure that dependencies are understood, managed, and communicated.
•Ensure business continuity through operational excellence of responsible apps. Work with internal teams and business partners to identify, classify, and prioritize customer issues.
•Partner with leaders within the business and IT, possess strong knowledge of both business and technology, to drive SAP planning solutions to harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence of the ERP solutions.
•Understand and document process flows, integration points, forms, workflow requirements impacting areas of responsibilities and collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators) to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities.
•Integrate SAP IBP with other functions in ECC or S/4 HANA as needed.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

•Any Master's/bachelor's degree with 3 to 10 years’ experience in SAP IBP.
•Experience with 1+ full SAP IBP Lifecycle Implementations; Integration between SAP ECC with IBP
•Strong SAP technical skills (IBP / ECC / S/4 HANA), willingness to learn new and innovative solutions.
•Good understanding and practical consulting experience with SAP IBP Demand planning or SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning is welcome.
•Strong understanding of overall business process for tooling industry
•Business process knowledge related to supply chain planning process & ability to map business process to SAP functions.
•Strong knowledge of Demand planning, Supply planning and integration with other SAP modules.
•Functional, configuration and/or development experience in SAP APO (in at least one of the following modules DP, SNP) is a great bonus including minimum of 1 years of SAP functional, configuration and/or development experience in SAP ECC (CIF, MRP).
•Practical experience with projects involving SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Certification.
•Preferred knowledge on IT tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft apps, Power BI.
•Experience in working with multiple teams across matrixed organization in various locations to implement solutions.
•Effective communication and presentation skills as well as a strong collaborator, makes informed decisions using data analysis, integration, and constructive thinking.
