Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-MSD 365 ERP Finance Functional 

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to lead and manage integration-focused implementations and enhancement projects within the D365 Finance&Operations(F&O)environment. 
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to design, configure, and support finance processes and system integrations that enable seamless data flow across enterprise applications. 

Key Responsibilities      

Functional Delivery 

• Lead workshops with business users to capture finance process and integration requirements across modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Project Accounting. 

• Design end-to-end D365 Finance processes with focus on integration touchpoints. 

• Configure Dynamics 365 Finance in alignment with global design principles and integration needs. 

• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and integration mapping documents for data exchange scenarios (real-time, batch, API-based). 

• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of integrations with technical teams. 

• Support cutover planning, data migration validation, and post-go-live stabilization for integrated processes. 

Integration Management 

• Collaborate with technical and cross functional teams to ensure smooth data orchestration. 

• Validate API, data entity, and message format requirements and coordinate testing between systems. 

• Track and manage integration issues and incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and resolution. 

• Document and maintain integration architecture and process flows for ongoing support and audit. 

Qualification we seek in You! 

Minimum Qualification: 

Functional Expertise: 

• Strong understanding of D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting). 

• Hands-on experience with Finance-related integrations, including payment gateways, banking interfaces, expense systems, tax engines, data warehouses, or CRM systems. 

• Solid knowledge of D365 Data Entities, Dual Write, OData, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.). 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, related discipline. 

Technical Collaboration: 

• Ability to work closely with developers to validate integration logic, error handling, and performance optimization. 

• Understanding of data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), API concepts, and message queues preferred. 

Project Management: 

• Experience in Agile delivery environments or hybrid waterfall projects. 

• Strong documentation, issue tracking, and cross-functional communication skills. 

• Exposure to DevOps and ALM practices for managing D365 releases and integration deployments. 

Preferred Qualification: 

Soft Skills: 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Ability to work independently in a global support model (onsite-offshore coordination). 

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate preferred. 

• ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
