Lead - DAC STA
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Own end-to-end technical and quality delivery for DAC commodity across NPD and CPE projects.
- Govern supplier audits and capability assessment; ensure robust processes and FTG readiness to support RFQ discussions.
- Lead STA team to drive gate readiness, priorities, and decisions, ensuring sample availability at each stage and SOP at defined mature volumes.
- Standardize and deploy STA methods, FTG practices, and development best practices across parts.
- Ensure adherence to APQP, E-PPAP, and capacity readiness aligned to mature business volumes.
- Drive stakeholder alignment to deliver first-time-right quality in parts development.
- Apply strong domain expertise in casting, forging, machining, brakes, suspension, bearings, fasteners, cables, and surface coatings.
- Lead problem-solving with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project timelines.
