Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Hybrid Environments

About You

• Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise infrastructure in complex, hybrid environments
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and hybrid identity models
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high‑impact, enterprise‑level incidents end‑to‑end
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, compliance requirements, and ITIL‑based processes
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell strongly preferred

It would be great If you also had

• Experience with enterprise device and endpoint management platforms such as Intune or JAMF
• Exposure to vulnerability management, security tooling, and data governance platforms (e.g., Defender, Purview)
• Experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or cloud migration initiatives
• Familiarity with automation frameworks, APIs, infrastructure‑as‑code, or multi‑cloud environments
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, or M365) or equivalent hands‑on expertise

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on‑prem environments
• Design, implement, and improve scalable infrastructure solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
• Lead and execute change management activities including deployments, upgrades, and system improvements
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, Cloud Operations, and vendors to resolve enterprise‑wide challenges
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting operational excellence
