What would you do? The Learning Experience Design and Development Senior Analyst develops training content based on design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials. • Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs. • Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. • Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies to Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.
What are we looking for? Knowledge/Skills Requirements: Required o Good understanding of Instructional Design principles ? Ability to understand, build on and implement high-level designs ? Proven experience in more than one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training) ? Exposure to digital learning approaches (videos, micro learning, simulations, gamified learning) o Strong content writing skills o Strong communication skills (verbal and written) o Attention to detail to ensure quality o Able to work with minimal supervision from the Lead/Manager o Good experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint) Preferred • Hands-on experience of atleast one or similar authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc. • Good understanding of learning methodologies such as Gagne, ADDIE, and adult learning theories • Experience in designing training for global, corporate audience Work Experience: • Require training design and development experience in a L&D setup • Minimum 5-6. years of working experience in training design and development
Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities: • Perform training solutions production on all types of development projects o Develop understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research. o Develop course outlines and storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools. o Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives. o Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the design prior to sending to supervisor for review. ? This role should expect to garner minimal feedback/change requirements from their supervisor. o Conduct peer reviews as required for compliance to standards, functionality etc. o Contribute to best practice/lessons learned developed on the job. o Support supervisor in onboarding and mentoring new team members, and other admin. tasks as required. o Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback. o Communicate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders for inputs, feedback, walkthroughs on training deliverables.
