Legal Manager-Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit
- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to Loan Against Property within the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements in loan documentation and legal processes. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure legal risk mitigation and adherence to company policies. - Handle legal disputes, documentation review, and provide legal advice related to loan products. - Work closely with stakeholders to support loan recovery and hardship assistance initiatives. - Ensure timely resolution of legal matters to support business objectives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting loan products. - Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed for complex cases.Job role
