Job Description

Manager

Roles & responsibilities

·Possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings. Use this knowledge to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and operations.·Conduct thorough analysis of P&L and balance sheet statements.·Oversee the development of financial models to support forecasting and planning, identifying trends and potential challenges.·Review reports that provide valuable insights, aiding strategic decision-making and improving financial transparency·Lead financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.·Drive process improvements and implement automation in reporting to enhance efficiency and standardization.·Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and oversee project delivery to align with strategic objectives.·Handle escalations/performance related discussion of KGS teams with the onshore stakeholders and help with issue resolution and documentation·Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Work experience

·Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation·Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI,SQL, Alteryx, VBA will be an added advantage·Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating new roles effectively from US Geo·13+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A.·Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.·Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels·Provide real-time support to US stakeholders, shift starting at 3 PM IST, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
