Responsibilities:

Job Description

·       Oversee the office fit-out construction project from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

·       Play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, including identification of materials, manpower, and external partners.

·       Manage all project accounting activities, including budget control, expense tracking, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

·       Ensure construction activities progress in line with the approved project schedule and milestones.

·       Develop detailed project work plans, review progress regularly, and implement revisions as required.

·       Establish and maintain effective communication with contractors and vendors responsible for various project phases.

·       Coordinate closely with all stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and labor teams, to ensure smooth execution.

·       Regularly monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and lead periodic status and coordination meetings with all sub-teams.

·       Enforce strict adherence to budgetary controls, quality standards, and safety regulations through regular inspections and audits.

·       Ensure timely processing of vendor payments in accordance with purchase order (PO) terms and contractual agreements.

·       Perform invoice validation, including measurement verification, and certify vendor invoices for payment approval.

·       Ensure successful completion and closure of internal and external site audits, addressing observations and compliance requirements.

·       Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and ensure a seamless handover to the Local Administration & Facilities team upon project completion.
