✅ Tesco Security Architecture Role

• Experience: Minimum 8 years (10+ years preferred)
• Core Requirements:
  • Hands-on product security experience (requirements, architecture review, design principles, application security, pipeline security, infrastructure, secure monitoring).
  • Leading security initiatives and DevSecOps practices.
  • Threat modeling, risk assessment, and designing security/privacy controls.
  • Application security, supply chain security, and tools like SAST, DAST, SCA, IAC.
  • Code review for weaknesses and mitigations.
  • Familiarity with OWASP ASVS, OWASP Top 10, CIS controls.
  • Strong understanding of web apps, REST APIs, microservices, modern frameworks, mobile apps.
  • Cloud-native/hybrid architectures (Kubernetes, containerized workloads).
  • Development exposure (Java, Golang, Python) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, PCI-DSS desirable.
  • Azure/AWS cloud security certifications desirable.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
