Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM solutions to tailor and implement effective consulting strategies. Experience in integrating Oracle HCM with various platforms to enhance organizational performance. Ability to analyze client needs and deliver innovative tech solutions that leverage HCM functionalities. Proficient in managing consulting projects related to Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with best practices. Strong understanding of data management and workflow processes specific to Oracle human capital solutions.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• Oracle Fusion HCM (5+ years)
