Manager - Work Force Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manager with 10+ years of expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) to join the Human Capital Advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support WFM client engagements across geographies.
  • Work across several projects, utilizing knowledge and experience in WFM.
  • Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.

Additional Role Details: As a partner resource implementing UKG Pro WFM Integrations, you will act as an extension of the UKG delivery team, responsible for high-quality customer implementations of our award-winning UKG Dimensions solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client projects by leveraging deep knowledge and understanding of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling and other components of Workforce management processes and systems.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiencies in Work Force Management; take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global WFM client challenges
  • Work on client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content. 
  • Lead teams in full life cycle activities for WFM systems (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration and Postproduction Support)
  • Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the WFM domain.
  • Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance WFM offering within the practice
  • Drive effective client communication, cadence, and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
  • Perform role of counsellor and coach; define and set goals; conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing development of the team

Qualification:

  • 1-3 years prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases)
  • Boomi Professional Developer Certified 
  • Minimum 7-8 years’ quality assurance testing experience
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute solutions for customers within the confines of the project timeline.
  • Understanding of FTP and file transfer technologies including encryption
  • Excellent consulting skills with attention to detail and ability to proactively manage risk
  • Excellent analysis, change control, task management, and time management skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail oriented, accurate, responsive and results driven
  • Understand data mapping and specification documentation
  • Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy and self-motivation 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines 
  • Possess a learning mindset and embrace complex problem-solving opportunities
  • Analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience of working with US and multi-Geo clients will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate the business challenges and explain proposed solutions
  • Seeks regular feedback and changes behavior to improve performance as appropriate 
  • Acts in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements

Education / Years of Work Experience:

  • MBA HR or a equivalent Post Graduate Degree from an accredited college/university
  • 10+ years of experience working in the field of Workforce Management, Designing Target Operating Models, Employee Experience Transformation etc.
