Skills Required:

• He / She should be a Graduate in BE/BTech Mechanical/Electrical or MBA Marketing
• Having 2-3 Years experience in Marketing & Sales role preferably from TPI company
• Passion to work in Marketing & Sales role
• Passion to know the business news happening in Industry
• Excellent teamwork and team building skills
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• High-level proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPoint for fast & error free typing skills
• Working in Flexible schedules Mornings/Evenings/Weekends/Holidays

 

Roles & Responsibility:

• Entering Opportunities in excel sheet & ERP system
• Preparing Offer review checklist
• Entering File Tracker on daily basis and updating regularly
• Visiting customers along with Sales Manager as necessary
• Filling up client provided Vendor registration forms on priority
• Co-ordinate with Operations Head for price approval
• Preparing Proposal & submitting it to the client after approval
• Follow up on the Proposal submitted & converting it to a Contract
• Reviewing PO for any discrepancies & approval from Operations Head
• Creating the contract in ERP system
• Opening physical files and inserting all the contract documents
• Handing over contracts to the Operations team
• Following up with the clients for PO amendment from time to time
• Periodically contacting the client for new business opportunities
