Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Finance Specialist to support financial management for the Creative Shared Services team, based in Bangalore.

Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, experience with budgets, and will be responsible for working with our Purchasing department to execute vendor payments – completing and submitting requisitions, PO approvals, invoice submissions & tracking payments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time sensitive invoicing process – submit for requisitions, route for PO#s, ensure all invoices are submitted to the correct account.
- Workfront Expense tracking – comparing estimates to actuals across spend. Identify budget trends and any overages to plan.
- Annual Operation Plan tracking support – compare spend to budget monthly
- Generate monthly finance reports, govern department wide time tracking and work with Finance partners to ensure allocations are correctly cross charged to internal business partners
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web, or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
- Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel
- Workfront project management system experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize and summarize information in order to communicate key points
- Self-motivated individual with a focus on predictive & proactive planning
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way
