Job Overview

Manages a team of financial analysts; analyzes financial reports prepared by the team; enforces financial guidelines and policies throughout the company; clearly and succinctly summarizes insights, risks and recommendations to support decision making within and across functions.

Job Requirements

• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; leading real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Monitoring and reviewing financial planning activities like research, forecasting and analysis; formulating process improvement plans and supporting its execution.
• Presenting research findings, competitor analysis, financial forecasts and key insights to senior management, and assisting them in making corporate and strategic decisions.
• Coaching and developing team members to optimize performance and upskilling team's financial reporting and analysis capability.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
