Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate vast amounts of data from multiple internal departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations). [1, 2]
• Report Generation: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance summaries. [1]
• Dashboard Creation: Develop visual dashboards (using tools like Power BI or Tableau) to help management track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). [1, 2]
• Process Automation: Automate recurring data processing and report generation tasks to improve organizational efficiency. [1, 2]
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data discrepancies, and maintain database security and integrity. [1, 2, 3]

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA). Experience with SQL databases and Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly valued.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to spot trends, anomalies, and patterns in large datasets.
• Communication: Ability to present complex data in a simple, easy-to-understand format for non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or Statistics.
• Experience: Typically requires 1 to 4 years of experience in data management, reporting, or business analysis roles. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
