nCino Product Engineer | Salesforce APEX Development | Loan Origination System | Cloud Security & DevOps

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled nCino Product Engineer with a strong background in Loan Origination Systems and Salesforce development to join our team. The position requires hands-on experience implementing and configuring the nCino Loan Origination System, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The role contributes significantly to the design, deployment, and maintenance of nCino products, supporting end-to-end business workflows in the banking space.

Software Requirements

Required:

  • Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) with nCino Loan Origination System configuration and administration.

  • Salesforce APEX development expertise.

  • Hands-on experience in nCino/Salesforce integration development.

  • Proficiency in nCino workflow development and maintenance.

  • Practical knowledge in nCino data migration processes.

  • Cloud security and Cloud DevOps experience related to product deployments.

Preferred:

  • nCino Product Certification.

  • Salesforce Certification.

  • AWS Certification.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain nCino Loan Origination System modules as per client requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce APEX code and nCino workflow automation.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand and translate client-specific needs into technical solutions.

  • Manage multiple nCino product modules, understanding their dependencies and functional impacts.

  • Lead or participate in the full product lifecycle from design through implementation and support.

  • Apply cloud security principles and DevOps best practices in product deployments.

  • Drive cross-team collaboration by sharing deep technical knowledge to improve productivity and solution quality.

  • Present ideas and technical solutions effectively to senior and executive management.

  • Work autonomously and as part of an integrated team to achieve project goals.

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

  • Required: Salesforce APEX (essential)

  • Preferred: Additional scripting languages for automation and integrations

Databases/Data Management:

  • Required: nCino data migration and management expertise

Cloud Technologies:

  • Required: Cloud security and Cloud DevOps understanding

  • Preferred: AWS platform experience

Frameworks and Libraries:

  • Essential: nCino Loan Origination System modules, configuration frameworks

  • Product certifications in nCino and Salesforce preferred.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

  • Configure and customize nCino product modules and workflows to meet business needs.

  • Develop and maintain integration components between nCino and Salesforce.

  • Perform data migrations and validate data accuracy throughout deployments.

  • Provide technical guidance and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.

  • Create documentation and present technical concepts to stakeholders.

  • Monitor product performance and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Certifications in nCino, Salesforce, and AWS are highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated continuous professional development focus.
