• 5+ years of experience in backend service development based on modern web technologies
  

Role

• Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the client

Skill sets

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js and corresponding frameworks
• Confident with cloud platform development concepts
• Experience in using test automation frameworks
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
• Familiar with version control (git) and CI/CD
• Understanding of networking concepts, VPN tunnels, DNS and routing
• Understanding of security, authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Experience with agile software development

Knowhow on tools

• Node.js
• Cloud Platform(SAP BTP/ AWS/ Azure)
  

Expected deliverables

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Development of microservices/RESTful services on Cloud Platform(SAP BTP/ AWS/ Azure)
• Writing well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in check
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications on Cloud
• Implementation of security and data protection
