OEM Relationship Manager - Equipment Finance (Healthcare & Industrial)| Bangalore

1. OEM Relationship Manager to lead and manage relationships with key OEM partners. 
2. This role is responsible for driving growth through collaborative planning, joint initiatives, and consistent communication.
3. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, industry insight, and the ability to forge lasting partnerships with OEM partners.

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM partners, serving as the primary contact for all communications and negotiations. 
2. Understand OEM business models, challenges, and market trends to craft tailored partnership strategies. 
3. Lead co-marketing, co-development, and go-to-market initiatives to drive mutual growth. 
4. Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements. 
5. Monitor partner performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement. 
6. Conduct regular business reviews to uncover new opportunities and address potential risks. 
7. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and adherence to terms. 
8. Share market insights with internal teams and support product alignment, pricing strategy and supply chain co-ordination.

MBA/ Graduate
