As a Project Manager, you will work in an operational role designating executional tasks related to administrative work on projects, and work with CFTs on how to best designate executional tasks related to administrative work. You will be required to create, review, and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). It is important that you are highly organized and knowledgeable on your projects.

• Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. 

• Collaborate with CFT (Foster Teamwork): Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. 

• Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization. 

• Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization. 

• Influence Outcomes: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization. 

 

Candidate Requirements: 

• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel 

• University Degree (3-4 years of schooling) in a related field (i.e., Business, Data, etc.) 

• Experience with Email Marketing (not mandatory, but preferred)
