As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in proactive monitoring of systems, ensuring that all services are running optimally and addressing any potential disruptions before they impact users. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights on improving processes and workflows, fostering a collaborative environment that values input from all team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based services and applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with service level agreements and operational metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
