Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Analytics Consultant with strong expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), FAW/FDI, and SQL. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP modules, ensuring accurate insights for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards using appropriate subject areas
- Develop complex BI Publisher (BIP) reports including:
- Data Models (SQL-based)
- RTF/XPT templates
- Bursting and scheduling
- Build and enhance analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Work on FAW / FDI (Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence) for:
- Data modeling
- Custom metrics
- Data extensions and validations
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics use cases
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand reporting requirements
- Support UAT, production issues, and performance tuning
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Mandatory Skills
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) – Strong hands-on experience
- BI Publisher (BIP) – Data models, templates, bursting
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – Dashboards, data visualization, data flows
- FAW / FDI – Analytics warehouse concepts, custom extensions
- SQL – Advanced joins, subqueries, performance optimization
Good to Have
- Oracle Fusion ERP functional knowledge (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, SCM, HCM)
- Exposure to OIC / integrations supporting analytics
- Performance tuning and large data volume handling
- Client-facing experience and requirement workshops
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science
