Roles & responsibilities
oEnsure consistency of quality definitions, fatal/non-fatal error handling, and SLAs across the engagement.oMaintain knowledge repositories and job aids; support content lifecycle (create, review, version, retire) and metadata/taxonomy standards.oImplement best practices for KM, contribute practical insights on tool configuration and usage.oBuild and maintain reporting packs; ensure data quality, lineage, timeliness, and SLA compliance.oMaintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and change control artifacts; facilitate working sessions and executive checkpoints.oProactively identify risks/issues and implement mitigation actions; ensure documentation is complete and auditable.o
