Job Title - Oracle SCM Transportation Management + Level (Associate Director) Management Level : 05 – Associate Director Location: Any Accenture India Location Educational Qualification: Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience is required Job Summary: We are seeking a senior, performance-focused Global Supply Chain & Delivery Leader to own and scale offshore delivery for complex, multi-geography supply chain transformation programs. This is an executive-level mandate for a leader who combines deep, product-agnostic supply chain domain expertise with hands-on delivery ownership across Oracle ERP, SCM Cloud, logistics platforms, and connected solutions ecosystems. Roles & Responsibilities: Delivery Leadership & Organization Building Build, scale, and lead multi-disciplinary offshore delivery organizations (100+ members) spanning Supply Chain, Logistics, connected solutions practices for the Accenture Edge/ Midmarket business Own end-to-end delivery of complex, pan-supply chain programs across Asia, Europe, and North America markets, ensuring on time, on-budget, and on-quality outcomes. Strategically expand global implementation and sustenance footprints, strengthening the offshore delivery model for broad-based consulting engagements. Supply Chain & Logistics Transformation Formulate and implement comprehensive cross-ERP and supply chain strategies. Act as Delivery Lead for enterprise-wide connected solutions, ERP, logistics and SCM transformational engagements for global clients. Technology, Platforms & Innovation Lead delivery across Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and a broad ecosystem of logistics execution platforms including Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SwissLog, eBizNET and NetSuite. Champion AI-driven initiatives across Oracle logistics platform delivery to modernize supply chain execution and enable connected, autonomous operations. Drive high-impact, rapid deployment initiatives that enable cloud-based supply chain agility for global accounts Commercial, Governance & Stakeholder Management Drive governance rigour, utilisation optimisation, and margin-focused delivery frameworks Own key account management, pre-sales, solutioning, and strategic partner and alliance relationships to fuel business expansion globally. Cultivate strategic alliances with platform vendors, systems integrators, and specialist consulting partners to strengthen the delivery ecosystem. Professional & Technical Skills: 25+ years of progressive experience across manufacturing supply chains, product development, and transformational IT / supply chain consulting, with a substantial portion in senior delivery leadership. Proven track record of building and scaling offshore delivery organizations and orchestrating complex, multi-geo transformation programs across Asia, Europe, and North America. Extensive pure-play, product-agnostic consulting expertise formulating and implementing cross-ERP and supply chain strategies end-to-end. Deep, hands-on delivery expertise with Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including large-scale, phased, multi-country rollouts. Versatile logistics technology experience across Oracle, Red Prairie / Blue Yonder, SwissLog, Manhattan, eBizNET, NetSuite, and comparable WMS / TMS platforms. Experience leading product strategy and supply chain execution product development is strongly preferred. EDUCATION Bachelor of Technology (or equivalent) from a premier institute. Executive Program / Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management from a top-tier business – strongly preferred.
