OT Nurse
- Responsible for assisting surgeons and medical staff during operations in the operation theatre. - Ensures sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments and OT environment. - Monitors patient condition before, during, and after surgery. - Maintains strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. - Coordinates with other hospital departments for smooth surgical procedures. - Requires knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care in OT settings. - Must be able to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Requires good communication skills to interact with medical team and patients. - Typically requires nursing qualifications and relevant experience in operation theatre nursing. - Plays a critical role in ensuring successful surgical outcomes and patient safety.Job role
