Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, your day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. You will oversee the configuration processes, manage integrations with various systems, and coordinate release activities to ensure smooth deployment. Your role includes establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. This position requires a proactive approach to managing evolving technology landscapes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to define and implement best practices for platform configuration and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in managing end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in overseeing software configuration, integration, and release management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
