Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Project Role : Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary:
In the role of Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, resource will be responsible for business consulting and implementation of various software packages for the lifecycle management of transmission and distribution assets, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves strategic planning, asset performance monitoring, risk management, and leading initiatives to optimize asset utilization and extend equipment life.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring of the performance of transmission lines, substations, and distribution networks assets.
2. Compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
3. Network failures and improving network reliability.
4. Identify asset-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Implement reliability centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
6. Understanding of disaster recovery and emergency response planning

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Develop and implement asset management strategies for T&D infrastructure.
2. Asset health assessments and lifecycle cost analysis.
3. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
4. Asset management systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar).
5. Good understanding of (IoT, GIS, SCADA) for asset monitoring and optimization.
6. Lead cross-functional teams in asset management projects.

Additional Information:
1. 10+ years of experience in transmission and distribution asset management.
2. Strong knowledge of power systems, grid operations, and asset lifecycle management.
3. Proficiency in asset management software and digital monitoring tools.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
