Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in packaged applications.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
