Summary:
In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications using standard tools and APIs.
- Strong understanding of release management processes and system stability techniques.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
