Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions are aligned with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across systems. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM module functionalities and integration points.
- Experience in configuring SAP MM components to meet business process requirements.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment.
- Good problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve application-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
