About your team

The Enterprise Identity team safeguards Fidelity's infrastructure, data, and systems by managing privileged access effectively. We enable secure business operations by expertly managing privileged access across the organisation, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats whilst facilitating efficient workflows and maintaining regulatory compliance across our global operations.

About your role

Your expertise will be vital in solving complex challenges, engaging with senior stakeholders, and aligning PAM initiatives with broader organisational strategies acting as an ambassador for the PAM function, and work alongside audit teams to improve compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the PAM Product Team to deliver secure capability to the business

• Overseeing architecture and technical solutions designed by the PAM Product Architect
• Representing PAM to wider organisational forums, particularly governance and steering boards
• Working alongside the audit function to improve and reduce findings against the PAM space

Your expertise will be vital in implementing key detective and reactive controls, solving complex challenges, and creating valuable synergies with key programmes. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver measurable risk reduction, return on investment, and business value through effective PAM solutions.

You'll demonstrate a proven track record in leading multi-year programmes, managing vendor selections, and delivering strategic change in IDAM/PAM. Your ability to communicate complex issues effectively and drive risk-based technology changes will be key. Experience in creating and leading Product Team models in an Agile environment is crucial.

You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field covering STEM, IT, Finance, or Business , and have a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in the PAM space.
