Patient‑Level Data Consultant
We are looking for a skilled Patient‑Level Data (PLD) Consultant with 3+ years of hands‑on experience in patient‑level analytics and SQL, along with a solid understanding of segmentation, targeting, and sales force effectiveness (SFE). The role involves working with large‑scale healthcare datasets, executing complex analytical workflows, and delivering high‑impact insights for global clients. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model across Pan‑India locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end‑to‑end PLD projects with strong ownership, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and analytical rigor.
- Work extensively with real‑world datasets including LRx, claims, EMR, prescription data, and other patient‑level sources.
- Build patient journeys and conduct analyses such as persistence/compliance, segmentation, SoB, Co‑medications, and related PLD metrics.
- Create structured, reproducible analytical workflows supported by robust QC processes and documentation.
- Engage directly with onshore teams and clients; communicate analytical findings clearly and proactively.
- Contribute to internal capability building, methodology development, and best‑practice frameworks.
- Support project scoping, estimation, and workload planning in collaboration with team leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Level
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in PLD analytics or healthcare analytics.
- Experience in SQL – Advanced, Excel – Advanced, PowerPoint – Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and SFE analytics
- Experience working with large healthcare/patient‑level datasets
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving orientation
- Solid communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently drive multiple projects
- Good to have: Python/R exposure
- Understanding of business fundamentals, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with consulting methodologies and analytical techniques relevant to the function.
- Awareness of industry developments, major competitors, and professional networks.
