About Lokal : 

In 2018, we began with a WhatsApp group with a simple hypothesis: people in tier-2/3 towns weren’t really using the internet meaningfully yet. We believed that if we started with local content in their own language, they’d come back every day; once there was a habit and trust, that same space could naturally grow into classifieds and, eventually, something they used for almost everything online.This spark became Lokal.  Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Intern (GyanTV), you will assist in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement for the GyanTV product across paid channels. You will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and help improve key metrics such as CAC, ROI, and conversions while building a strong foundation in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities : 

•  Assist in the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns. 
•  Optimize ads to improve performance metrics, including CAC and ROI. 
•  Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive 
•  strategies. 
•  Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to enhance results.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Basic understanding of ad platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
