This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Our Human Resources team helps drive business outcomes by empowering HPE team members. What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives across APJ
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution

Reporting & Tracker Management

  • Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, trackers, and reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide regular insights to stakeholders
  • Support leadership with structured reporting for decision-making

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting coordination
  • Ensure efficient utilization of leadership time and alignment across teams

Data & Organizational Governance

  • Maintain and update People Data Lists (PDLs) across APJ
  • Manage and update organizational charts and contingent workforce (CW) spreadsheets
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across key HR systems and trackers

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Coordinate team engagement initiatives including quarterly team lunches and events
  • Support planning and execution of OneHR events and leadership visits
  • Manage logistics, communications, and scheduling for key team activities

HR Operations Support

  • Provide support across core HR operations processes (excluding HR restricted and confidential areas)
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and stakeholder support

What you need to bring:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong program coordination and stakeholder management skills with atleast 8+ years of experience
  • High attention to detail with strong data management capabilities
  • Proficiency in reporting, tracking tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
