PMS and Business Reporting Executive

• Monthly PMS & Performance Tracking

Prepare monthly PMS packs covering financial and operational KPIs.

Track actuals vs budget / forecast, analyze variances, and prepare commentary.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of PMS data.

Support performance review meetings by providing data packs and analysis.

• Budgeting & Forecast Execution

Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.

Track budget vs actuals, highlight deviations, and follow up with business teams.

Assist in building rolling forecasts and scenario analyses.

• Management Reporting & Dashboards

Prepare standard management MIS reports and dashboards.

Maintain and update dashboards on financial, operational, and performance metrics.

Ensure alignment of reports with defined KPI definitions and templates.

Support automation and simplification of reporting processes through SAP

• Order Backlog & Pipeline Tracking

Track order inflow, order backlog, execution status, and revenue phasing.

Coordinate with sales, projects, and operations teams to validate backlog data.

Monitor backlog ageing, risks, and conversion trends.

Prepare regular backlog and pipeline MIS for management review.

• Business Coordination & Operational Interface

Act as a finance performance interface with sales, operations, projects, and SCM teams.

Follow up on data inputs, assumptions, and explanations from business teams.

Translate operational discussions into performance and financial implications.

Support ad-hoc business analysis and leadership requests.

• Process Discipline & Data Governance

Ensure adherence to PMS calendars, reporting cut-offs, and SOPs.

Perform basic data validation and consistency checks.

Maintain documentation and working papers supporting PMS outputs.

Support SAP rollout and standardization across all business verticals
