PowerPoint Presentation Lead

Overview:

• Blue Yonder is seeking a hands-on creative PowerPoint Presentation Lead to join our Global Marketing team. The Presentation Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions and sales presentations are visually engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages to our audiences. This role requires expertise in graphic design, slide formatting, content layout, template creation, and storytelling as well as a strong eye for visual design and attention to detail. The idea candidate should be skilled at turning complex, technical, and business oriented topics into engaging visuals. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role based out of India who will be working closely with an Executive Presentation Specialist based out of United States and the Marketing Brand and Creative Services team.

Scope:

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other visual assets, including graphs, graphics, and infographics, to effectively communicate key messages and data points.
• Update existing corporate PowerPoint decks and templates that align with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams while cross-functionally collaborating with communications, brand and creative, strategy, product management, and others.

What will you do:

• Work closely with product marketing, industry, and sales stakeholders to understand their presentation needs and objectives and translate them into visually compelling slides.
• Design and format PowerPoint presentations for various purposes, including marketing materials, client presentations, client proposals, and trade shows.
• Ensure that all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, including layout, typography, color usage, and logo placement.
• Review and edit presentations for consistency, clarity, and visual appeal, adjusting as needed to enhance readability and impact.
• Recreate graphics, charts, and diagrams as needed to improve clarity and visual appeal, using Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for PowerPoint design, layout, and presentation delivery.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, design tools, and software updates to continuously improve presentation quality and effectiveness.
• Assist with other design projects as needed, including marketing materials, infographics, and digital assets.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in PowerPoint presentation design, template creation, and graphic design.
• Willingness to learn and implement the Blue Yonder brand voice in communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced skills in creating custom templates, slide layouts, and animations.
• Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create visually compelling graphics, charts, and diagrams.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple presentations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or other graphic design software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
