Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – ETL / Big Data / PL‑SQL Testing!
In this Role, you will drive complex testing initiatives across ETL, Hadoop/Big Data, PL/SQL, and reporting environments. You will lead end‑to‑end validation cycles, ensure data accuracy across distributed ecosystems, oversee transformation logic testing, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product quality. You will also mentor teams, contribute to test strategy, and support enterprise‑scale data quality initiatives across multiple business domains.
Responsibilities   
•    Lead requirements analysis and translate functional specifications into detailed test strategies and test plans.
•    Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts for ETL, PL/SQL, Hadoop/Hive/HBase, SAP BO Reports & Dashboards.
•    Validate complex data transformations across source-to-target systems including Hive, HBase, Oracle, and Informatica PowerCenter.
•    Perform dashboard validation, stored procedure verification, transformation logic testing, and column-level mapping checks.
•    Execute Spark jobs and validate data flows across distributed Big Data ecosystems.
•    Perform blackbox, whitebox, regression, functional, and system integration testing.
•    Ensure complete traceability through RTM creation and maintenance.
•    Identify, analyze, and drive defects to closure using QC/ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, Rally, MTM.
•    Collaborate with BA, Dev, and onsite stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
•    Lead QA activities, provide daily status reporting, and participate in root-cause analysis meetings.
•    Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!   
Minimum Qualifications   
•    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.  
•    Hands on experience in ETL Testing, PL/SQL Testing, Big Data/Hadoop Testing.
•    Strong hands‑on skills in Hive, HBase, Spark, Informatica, Oracle 10g, Unix.
•    Expertise in validating stored procedures, functions, packages, and ETL data flows.
•    Solid experience in testing dashboards, SAP BO Reports, and end-to-end ETL pipelines.
•    Strong understanding of defect lifecycle and proficiency with QC, ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, Rally.
•    Experience in preparing Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Metrics, and RTM.
•    Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation.
•    Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum processes, sprint cycles, and backlog management.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills   
•    Experience leading enterprise-scale QA teams.
•    Expertise in Spark job execution and Big Data test environment configuration.
•    Exposure to healthcare, banking, or financial domain testing (e.g.,  Aetna, Verscend, Fifth Third Bank).
•    Strong analytical, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
