Inviting applications for the role of  Principal Consultant – Product Owner

In this role, you’ll ' will  provide credit users with insights and early credit risk alerts powered by timely data, through clear, relevant, and easy to comprehend dashboard and reports - enabling early interventions, reduced defaults. Improved efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy with automation.

Responsibilities 
•    This will require data integration channels from internal (Credit data from multiple systems) and external data (multiple feeds – both structural and un-structural data) and creating new dashboards and reporting applications.
•    Own end-to-end product lifecycle – backlog management, feature prioritization, and delivery.
•    Collaborate with business, tech, and partner teams for requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment.
•    Lead product enhancements with proactive ownership and accountability.
•    Design and support data ingestion (real-time/batch) and data pipeline solutions.
•    Oversee dashboard and reporting development (Tableau/Power BI).
•    Contribute technically (Java/React/Python) where needed for design reviews or PoCs.
•    Ensure continuous improvement, timely delivery, and business value realization.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

•    Previous product owner/ product management experience (no project manager) - Proactive and self-driven individual who can manage the product enhancement (features, stories, and backlogs), stakeholder management (with business users/ Tech/ other tech partners/allied teams). Someone who takes the ownership of the initiative and can lead the initiative at constant pace.
•    Previous technical and hands-on design/coding experience with data ingestion techniques (real time/batch, structure/ un-structured), data pipelines and data massaging.  (Must have)
•    Previous technical and hands-on design/coding experience with designing and building dashboards and reports.
•    Hands on coding experience with Java-react/python, tableau/Power BI (Good to have)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Good communication and customer-faced skills. 
•    Banking domain experience (Must). Corporate/CIB credit domain experience (Good to have)
