Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Quality Analyst
Responsibilities
•    Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies, plans, and cases for complex, large-scale applications.
•    Automation & Technical Leadership: Build and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and infrastructure (e.g., using Selenium, API testing tools, or CI/CD integration).
•    Execution & Analysis: Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing, acting as a final authority on release readiness.
•    Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior QA members, perform code reviews, and work closely with product/development teams to define requirements.
•    Process Improvement: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the QA process, ensuring adherence to best practices.
