Principal-Software Product Management-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO - Support services

As the Principal-Software Product Management professional, you will lead a team of product managers and work closely with the CTO to develop and execute strategies for the bank's support services. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying market trends, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the bank's customers.

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Work closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to align product strategies with the bank's overall vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring a balanced approach between short-term wins and long-term goals.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences, incorporating these insights into product designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and create compelling product narratives.
• Monitor product performance and gather analytics to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the bank remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Demonstrated expertise in market research, product strategy development, and roadmapping.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards shared goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A deep understanding of software development lifecycles and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements.
