The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


We are looking for a Procurement Operations Governance Coordinator to support procurement operations governance activities across processes, metrics, and policies. In this role, you will help monitor operational performance, maintain process documentation, support policy implementation, and track follow-up actions to improve consistency and compliance across procurement operations.

Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders, you will support reporting, governance routines, and process improvement initiatives while helping ensure processes are aligned with internal standards and business needs.

Your Skills and Expertise


To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations, Finance, or a related area.
  • Experience with KPI reporting or operational dashboards & ability to support process documentation, reporting, and metrics tracking.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Familiarity with compliance, controls, or policy-related activities.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional or global environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills & proactive approach/attitude.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid)
