This is 0-1 and 1-n work. It includes inventing new AI-native experiences, evolving foundational systems, and using AI in your own workflows to dramatically accelerate how we explore, design, test, and ship.

You will work closely with Domain SMEs, Product, Engineering, and AI and ML teams to shape experiences powered by automation, machine learning, and agentic AI.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product design from framing ambiguous problems and shaping concepts to building high-fidelity prototypes and supporting engineering through implementation.
• Transform deep domain complexity into workflows that are world class in clarity, innovative in approach, simple for users and modern in design.
• Design AI-first interactions by translating automation, ML, and agentic AI capabilities into user-centered patterns, while using AI in your own workflow to accelerate ideation, exploration, prototyping, and user understanding.
• Create and refine visualization patterns including dashboards and insights that help users understand and act on complex information.
• Communicate design decisions with clarity through strong visual, verbal, and prototype-based storytelling that brings concepts and trade-offs to life for partners.
• Bring structure and forward momentum in a fast-moving, startup-like environment, operating confidently in ambiguity while aligning cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.
