This position is part of the Products and Platforms Technology team in Amex GBT which focuses on implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Amex GBT Finance organization NetSuite initiatives. Ideal candidate possesses a combination of an excellent functional background and solid hands-on NetSuite technical experience.  Should have hands-on experience in developing NetSuite reports, saved searches, and NetSuite functional configuration. While this position will focus on production support, the candidate should have experience in implementing and supporting: NetSuite GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets.

What You'll Do

• Will work directly with the production support lead engineer in managing day-to-day issues, triage new user enhancement requests, guide the offshore help desk, and lead end-to-end support activities.

• Techno/Functional consultants will assess global business travel finance customer needs, develop innovative plans to solve complex business workflow and implement these plans in the NetSuite Environment

• Support multiple system and finance audits throughout the year.

• Produce documentation of business processes from a technical perspective, as required.

• Guide technical team by providing the functional inputs.

• Plan for coordination of NetSuite semi-annual upgrades and help in testing the upgrades and customizations, business processes.

• Ensures technical design/implementation documentation is completed to a high standard working with functional analyst, and lead engineer

• Effective time-planning, multi-tasking and task prioritization

• Coordinate with onsite technology teams

What We're Looking For

• Should have a university degree with 3 to 5 years of hands-on major ERP implementations like SAP, Oracle, and Peoplesoft etc.

• Must have 3 to 4 years of NetSuite end to end implementation and support experience.

• Should have solid experience in delivering projects using agile methodology, be a strong believer in adding incremental value to business in short sprints.

• Should have hands on experience in developing saved searches, reports and be knowledgeable in reading scripts for troubleshooting purposes.

• Must have experience with NetSuite GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, sales orders, projects, etc.

• Strong background in accounting/finance is required.

• NetSuite Administrative certification preferable

• Preferable experience with reconciliation tools like BlackLine, ReconArt, etc.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to be able to articulate the strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Must be willing and able to 2nd shift (3:00PM IST to 12:00AM IST) an occasional weekend as required

• Must be willing to work from Bangalore office location minimum 3 days in a week
