Product Manager, GenAI Developer Experiences

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Python software development and generative AI technologies.
• Experience launching customer-facing LLM products and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Experience implementing product solutions that drive workflow and cost efficiencies.
• Ability to leverage user support data to improve key metrics like CSAT, resolution times, and operational costs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GenAI developer experience by transforming vibe coding concepts into functional reality.
• Build an AI-native engine capable of generating fully functional, data-ready prototypes.
• Architect secure systems that allow GenAI to access real creator data while automatically inheriting YouTube’s visual language.
• Enable product teams to bypass months of back-end development by moving directly to high-fidelity, working demos.
• Facilitate immediate testing with real creator tools to ensure development resources are focused on high-value features.
