Product Manager - GenAI and Creator Tools

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in GenAI and Python software development.
• Experience building and launching customer-facing Large Language Model (LLM) products, demonstrating an understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience in innovating and implementing large-scale product solutions to introduce workflow or cost efficiencies.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners including Vice President (VP)-level stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage customer/user support data to identify product opportunities and drive improvements in key metrics at scale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to lead teams in generating actionable product insights from support data, identifying core issues, and prioritizing scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Redefine the speed of innovation by turning the vibe coding dream into a functional reality.
• Build an AI-native prototyping engine that doesn't just generate static mockups, but creates fully functional, data-ready prototypes in a single day.
• Architect a system where GenAI can securely access real creator data and inherit YouTube’s visual language by default, you will enable teams to bypass months of backend development.
• Move beyond simulated demos to putting real, working tools into the hands of creators for immediate, high-fidelity testing, ensuring we build only what guide value.
